This property (a double capacity Niche) was sold on April 2, 2010. Thank you very much for your services, and especially for the incredible BOB WARD!!!!!! I contacted Bob many times and he guided me through the entire process, even up until the day I sold the niche. He is awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and funny as well! Thank you, Bob!
